Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to our store. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy details our procedures and provides clear expectations for our valued customers.
1. Order Processing Timeframes
All orders are subject to a processing period of 1-3 business days. During this time, we verify your payment, perform a quality check on the items, and prepare your package for dispatch. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.
Note: During peak holiday seasons or high-volume promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Domestic & International Shipping Estimates
We work with global fulfillment partners to provide the most efficient shipping routes. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (US/UK/EU): 7 to 15 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.
- Remote Areas: Some locations may require up to 25 business days depending on local postal services.
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery dates may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Real-Time Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation Email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to our tracking portal.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking number does not show data after 5 days, please contact our support team for assistance.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding these fees before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.
5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
While we strive for perfect delivery, our store is not legally liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Verify that the shipping address provided at checkout was 100% accurate.
- Contact the carrier directly to open a missing package investigation.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package. We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Please be advised that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain product categories due to carrier limitations. If this applies to your order, our team will reach out to request a physical street address.
